surgical guide print isn't perfect

Service

hi! we are having many problems with the printing of surgical guides. The problem exist on the surface where the supports are located, because where we put the supports, the surface will not be printed well or enough precise. It causes problems with the right positioning of the dime on the model and with the positioning of the sleeve in the support. We are tryng different ways of printing and using a specific resin for surgical guide, but we are still having this problem ... Can somebody help us?

    Hi,

Please submit a support request to support@nexa3d.com and include the model printer, material brand, and a picture of the orientation and support settings you are using. You may need to alter the orientation or increase the support density.
