XiP Pro is equipped with two separate air cooling systems which use filtered air. Never run the printer without filters or you will introduce contamination into the optical path of the printer. The filter kit is SKU XiPPro_FILTERS available from your distributor or store.nexa3d.com.

Electrical cooling system

This system includes two axial fans and one HEPA filter. To access, simply remove the right side panel small grille.

Replace the filter every 6-12 months depending on your air quality. High air flow is required for cooling the electrical system. Follow these steps:

1. Use the 3mm hex key to remove the fan/filter cover. The fan cover is located on the right side of the printer.
2. Pull the used filter out and replace it with a new one.
3. Replace the fan cover and attach with the 4 screws.

Light engine cooling system

This system has three centrifugal fans and one HEPA air filter. To access, simply remove the back panel.

1. Use a 3mm hex key to remove the rear panel (rear of the machine), 18 screws total.
   1. The fan cover is located on the center of the bottom panel (accessible from the rear of the machine)
2. Pull the used filter out and replace it with a new one.
3. Replace the rear panel and attach with the 18 screws
4.
