When troubleshooting issues with your customer service representative, you may be asked to provide logs. Logs help our internal team identify the specific issue that is occurring so that we can provide our customers a solution.
Saving Logs for NexaX Software
Follow the steps below to retrieve the logs from your NexaX software on a WindowsPC.
1) Open File Explorer and locate the Windows (C:) drive in This PC.
2) Navigate to the Users/<Your User Name>/.Nexa3D folder within the C drive. This is the path for user account "bzoll"
3) Right click on the logs directory and compress it, then email the logs.zip file to Support@nexa3d.com, including the ticket reference number if for an open ticket.
Saving Logs from XiP or XiP Pro
Insert a USB drive into the printer. Navigate on the printer to Settings > Maintenance > Save Logs.
An encrypted log file in format .nxl will save. Email the .nxl file to Support@nexa3d.com, including the ticket reference number if you already have an open ticket.
Saving Logs from NXE400Pro
Insert a USB drive into the printer. Navigate on the printer to Settings > View Error List
Then Save to USB
