Ability to Name Printers

It would be very helpful to have the ability to rename each printer, on the printer and/or in NexaX.

Add "Adaptive Speed Control" (enabled/disabled) to Build_info.txt File

It would be helpful if the status of the "Adaptive Speed Control" was entered in the Build_info.txt file.  Is there a way to make the "Adaptive Speed Control" enabled by default?
